Programs for Third World Countries
Some of our achievements where that of putting together a group of companies, with a common goal: The development of the Republics of Ghana and Sierra Leone.
Our partner companies will participate in the development of the following programs:
1.
Supplying low cost of all types of Commodities, Sanitation Equipments, Office Supplies and Housing Goods
TTWIDCO has located and put together all the companies participating in the development plan of Ghana and Sierra Leone. TWIDCORP represents hundreds of manufactures and suppliers that will help in bringing the highest quality products with the lowest cost to both Ghana and Sierra Leone. TWIDCORP will also help the country in the sales of their local products such as: coffee, coco, cacao, gold, diamond, and any other products in large quantity enough to sustain international trade. This will help the two countries bring in the needed international currencies to support the purchase of other needed goods.
2.
Health Education and Medical Equipment and Supplies
The participating company specializes in the health education and medical supply industry. The company will build two state of the art hospitals in Accra and Freetown and will also create a health and medical training institution for the formation of RN, LPN, Nurse-Aids, Phlebotomy and Respiratory Technicians. Our business partner will help in supplying affordable health and medical equipment to the two countries.
3.
Low Cost Housing Developments
The participating company will assist in the building of about 70,000 low cost housing units in both Sierra Leone and Ghana. This company will also help in the formation and training of local workers and laborers participating directly in the construction project. The project will create more than 600 local jobs in each country.
4.
Fishery and Mining Operation
The participating company will help in the investment toward the development of a fishing fleets and fish processing plants in both Ghana and Sierra Leone. Our partner company will assist in the creation of a diamond business unit including a diamond mining operation plant, diamond processing plant, and a diamond buying counter as well as the establishment of an exchange of diamond or gold for commodity program in both countries.
5.
Agricultural Development:
This is a joint venture to help in the development of a very large-scale dairy farm to support the alimentation of the people of Ghana and Sierra Leone as well as to support the exportation of local dairy products to the African regions as well as to the rest of the world. This program will create hundreds if not thousand of local jobs and will boost the economy of Ghana and Sierra Leone.
The development group has also a mission to study business opportunities and propose solutions to eliminate all obstacles that would discourage private investments in the country.
It is very important to note that Mr. Ousmann Hassann, the founder of the Third World Investment and Development Corporation (TWIDCORP) has developed and put together all the detailed plans for all the above programs. Mr. Hassann is actually the General Secretary of THIRD WORLD INVESTMENT & DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION.
Mr. Hassann is himself a Sierra Leonean eager to fully participate in all development aspects of the Republic of Sierra Leone.
