LC becomes operative and shipment commences 35 days thereafter.
The buyer is guaranteed that what is shipped complies with the specs
described in the contract because an SGS or Lloyds certificate on quality
and quantity will be part of the shipping documents that shall be required
to negotiate the LC.
We can also offer raw sugar - same min. order qty. Quotes on request
WE CAN ACCEPT UP TO 360-DAY USANCE LC (AT LIBOR + 3%PA) AS LONG AS LC
IS CONFIRMED BY A PRIME US/EUROPEAN BANK ACCEPTABLE TO OUR BANK.
